Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions agents ask most before launching a site: which MLSs are supported, whether you can use your own domain, how leads are handled, what the AI features do and do not do, how the SEO architecture works, and what happens after signup.

Getting started

Registration takes a few minutes and needs your name, brokerage, contact details and market. On approval the site is live immediately on its own address — see how it works for the full sequence.

MLS and IDX

IDX search runs on the Spark Platform API. Coverage is confirmed for your specific MLS at signup, since each MLS requires its own data agreement. Until it is connected the site runs on seed inventory so nothing appears broken. More detail on the IDX guide.

Leads

Every inquiry, chat message and valuation request is captured server-side, emailed to you immediately, queued for an automatic 24-hour follow-up, and tracked through a pipeline in the CRM.

Content and SEO

Articles and landing pages are prerendered to static HTML with per-page meta, canonical URLs and JSON-LD, plus a sitemap and robots.txt regenerated on every build. This is what makes the content readable by search engines on first fetch and by AI crawlers at all — see real estate agent websites for why that matters.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which MLSs are supported?

IDX runs through the Spark Platform API, which serves a large number of North American MLSs. Because each MLS requires its own data agreement, coverage for your specific market is confirmed at signup.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. You can launch on a subdomain or point your own domain at the site. Custom domains receive their own canonical URLs and sitemap, so search authority consolidates on your domain instead of splitting across hosts.

What happens when a lead comes in?

It is captured server-side, emailed to you immediately, added to the CRM pipeline with full context, and queued for an automatic 24-hour follow-up email so it does not go cold.

Do the AI features write my valuations?

No. Valuation price math is deterministic and calculated client-side. AI only writes the narrative around the number. If no AI provider is configured, every AI surface falls back to deterministic behavior rather than failing.

Can I edit the site myself?

Yes. Agent name and title, agency, contact details, slogan, bio, accent color, portrait, hero image and blog posts are all editable from the dashboard, and changes apply live with no redeploy.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is quoted at signup because part of the cost depends on your MLS data agreement, and those terms vary by region. The pricing page covers what is included and what affects the quote.
