How It Works
You register with your name, brokerage and market. Once approved, your site goes live immediately on its own subdomain or your custom domain. You then set branding and photography from the dashboard, connect your MLS for IDX search, and start publishing content that prerenders for search and AI on every build.
Step 1 — Register
Sign up with your name, brokerage, contact details and target market. There is nothing to install and no template to choose.
Step 2 — Approval and instant provisioning
Registrations are reviewed, and on approval your site is live immediately on its own address. There is no waiting on DNS propagation or a manual server build — wildcard host provisioning means approval and availability are the same moment.
Step 3 — Make it yours
From the dashboard you set your agent name and title, agency, phone and email, slogan and bio, accent color, portrait, and homepage hero image. Changes apply live. Uploaded images are re-encoded server-side, which strips EXIF location metadata from your photography before it is ever published.
Step 4 — Connect your MLS
IDX search runs on the Spark Platform API. Coverage varies by MLS and each requires its own data agreement, so this is confirmed for your specific market during setup. Until it is connected, the site runs on seed inventory so nothing looks broken.
Step 5 — Publish content that can actually rank
This is where the platform diverges from most agent-website products. Every article you publish is prerendered to static HTML at build time, with its own URL, title, meta description, canonical tag and JSON-LD.
That matters because AI crawlers do not execute JavaScript. A blog rendered in the browser is invisible to them regardless of quality. A prerendered one is readable by Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Claude on the first fetch.
Step 6 — Work your leads
Inquiries arrive by email instantly and appear in the CRM pipeline. A 24-hour follow-up is queued automatically. The valuation tool captures seller leads with the address and estimate already attached.
Custom domain
You can run on a subdomain or point your own domain at the site. Custom domains get their own canonical URLs and sitemap, so a keyword domain consolidates its own search authority rather than splitting it.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to go live?
Once a registration is approved the site is live immediately on its own address — provisioning is not a separate manual step. Branding, MLS connection and content can then be added at your own pace.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. You can run on a subdomain or point a custom domain at the site. Custom domains get their own canonical URLs and sitemap so search authority consolidates on your domain rather than being split.
What happens before my MLS is connected?
The site runs on seed inventory so it looks complete and functional from day one. IDX search switches to live MLS data once the data agreement for your market is in place.
